I am a highly nervous person about any dental work rather a cleaning or extraction most of the time I have to be put to sleep when anything is done. Not with this office here I encountered a staff who truly cares and did everything to alleviate my anxiety that being said I had 18 teeth pulled and I hardly felt a thing.so if you're looking for a dentist and your really nervous like me this is your practice.They were wonderful 👍
Great experience. Debbie at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. They really work with you to get you an appointment when you need it, and to suit your schedule. Dr. Baura was professional and GENTLE, which is nice in a dentist office. I had a crown and a filling and was very pleased. Kylie his dental assistant, just puts you at ease, she is a great assett to the office. I only have positive things to say about this practice.
I find both dentists to be very thorough & good. I highly recommend this Dentistry to anyone who is looking for excellent care!
I had a root canal when I was younger at a different dentist, and it wasn't cleaned properly. Long story short, the bacteria had eaten through part of my upper jaw. I had to get several root canals and an operation on my jaw at Springfield Dentistry. I could not be more pleased with the knowledge of my Dentist, his work, their kindness. They made a terrible situation great. My teeth feel wonderful. My mouth is fixed. I take my kids here and they love it. You can't find a better place to go for your teeth. They'll work with you on what you can afford because they aren't incorporated. 5 stars. I highly recommend!
I have been going to this practice for a little over a year. I have gotten deep cleanings, fillings, a crown, extractions, and an implant. I must say every experience has been great! They have an absolute amazing staff! Dr. Baura always explains what ever the procedure might be and always asks if there are questions or concerns. I got to say the best practice I have ever been to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!!
