All around wonderful experience. I got 2 fillings. Dr. Torres and Diena took great care of me. The dentist numbed me like a pro. I didn't even fill the needle. He works fast but produced great quality work. Him and his assistant offered exceptional customer service. Highly recommend. Looking for a kind and gentle dental assistant? Look no further! I recently had the pleasure of having Karen assist me during my dental appointment, and I can't say enough good things about her! She is absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, Karen was warm, welcoming, and put me at ease. She explained everything clearly and patiently, answering all my questions with a smile. During the appointment, she was incredibly gentle and caring, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
Dina was really friendly, knowledgeable and kept me looped in every step of the way. Ilsa did a wonderful job managing the front desk with her colleagues, you can tell everyone runs a solid ship and others were long time regulars in the waiting room. You get the sense they really know their patients. As someone who finds dentists kinda scary, i was made to feel at such ease. Def stop by!
I have anxiety about going to the dentist. Let me just say that this place has an Amazing staff. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Today Karen made me feel safe by talking to me the whole time and asking if I was doing ok. I'm very thankful I found this office. Highly recommend
