This has been a bad experience. We had requested for a prescription tooth paste for my daughter and after multiple calls they never prescribed it. They kept saying Dr is working on it.
They schedule appointments on their own and do mo send reminders or anything which is after 6.months. we are not aware and then they send a bill for missed appointments. My wife, son, daughter and me, we all missed appointments and you charge for no show? We never scheduled any appointments.
The front office staff is rude and when we called them that we never had an appointment and why they keep scheduling our appointments without us know.. well, they hung up on us.
I would stay away from them...

At Smile Forever Dentistry, I have had one of the best dental treatment experiences to date. My previous visit to another dentist did not go well and I have been so discouraged to go to a dentist again. But Dr Dudee and his great team totally changed it. He explained my dental health condition very professionally and in detail like I never have had before. Moreover, the cost is very affordable. Thanks & looking forward to my upcoming appointment.

I had a wonderful experience with all the staff members at Smile Forever Family Dentistry. The front desk staff are very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Dudee is very patient and gentle while working and takes utmost care for patient comfort. The whole team including the dental hygienist and the assistants made me feel so comfortable and well-cared for at all my appointments.

Great dentist! Everyone there is very friendly and ready to help with your tooth needs (welcoming atmosphere).
You can receive appointment reminders through text and can also use that conversation thread to ask questions and/or reschedule. They are good at replying in a timely manner.
