The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and polite during check-in. Ms. Trisha always does an excellent job with my x-rays and cleanings. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! I just met Dr. Barnes for the first time today and she is also absolutely wonderful! Professional and very efficient. The forms being text to you makes it accessible and quick, saving you time in office. Your appointment starts at your set appointment time! The staff is very informative every step of the way. Desk informs you of the days procedures, what to expect and who you will be seen by. the dental hygienist informs you of what each procedure is and what to expect as she’s doing it so that you aren’t startled, and the dentist gives you a detailed overview of your visit, hears your concerns and recommendations tailored to you. They’ve eased my dentist fear by a mile!

As always, when I entered the dental offices of Riverview Family Dentistry on Wednesday, 17 July 2024, I was treated with care & respect by everyone, to include the staff who greeted and checked me in for my cleaning appointment, to my dental hygienist, and finally to the dentist who spent quality time with me answering all my questions. There is a sense of quietly stated expertise and professionalism supported by a very friendly and welcoming office environment. This is a place I feel confident I am receiving the best dental care available

I really like going to Riverside family dentistry everyone there is nice and friendly the staff is great. It's always so pleasant when you walk in the door. The staff behind the counter always so friendly and always have a smile I used to get nervous when I go to the dentist but when I walk in there I don't feel nervous anymore. The doctors are great i only been going there a couple of years or more but I would recommend it to anyone and everyone that needs a good dentist.

My visit to Riverview Family Dentistry was outstanding. The ladies at the front desk are very nice. My dental cleaning lady was friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Cash was very kind and professional and over all the service I was provided today was top notch.
