I tend to have more questions than most patients, but my experience with the staff was exceptional. Cedina at the front desk was incredibly accommodating, supportive, and warm. Sam, my hygienist, was not only efficient but also patient, addressing my questions and concerns. Thanks to them, I no longer dread dental appointments!

From the onset with encountering Jackie at the front desk, the 3700 Market Street office is the best. My experience with PDG has always been pleasant. Dr.Pirok and his sister Dr. Sam, and my hygienist Thomas, or Shantel, have served me well the last 10 or more years. If going to the dentist gives your trauma, let this be your last stop; you will find yourself in good hands.

I called them to obtain some information, but the agent was very rude. again 2nd time I called during my interaction with my insurance company, the agent rudely placed us on hold without waiting for us. This kind of practice is unacceptable. It's essential to hire people who can communicate nicely and effectively.

Just stay away if you don’t want to be treated like dirt by their angry, rude, bizarre front desk staff. Top to bottom, the worst customer service I’ve ever had with a dentist. While the dentist and assistants are good, their front desk staff will press you to pay for Invisalign up front the promptly be difficult at every opportunity thereafter. Appointments magically “disappear”, are scheduled then rescheduled nonsensically, and basic questions are met with an attitude. Today’s tour de force was refusal to give me retainers I had pre-paid for after they called and requested I pick up. The dental staff seems to reflexively apologize for the front desk being ridiculous. The ownership needs to clean house. I’m not spending thousands of dollars to be treated like garbage for no reason, and I’d wager others feel the same way. I won’t be coming back.

Instead of taking accountability, this organization simply makes up nonsense.
They called me and told me to come to their office to pick up retainers, then refused to give me my own property when I drove over an hour to get them as requested.
Being unhappy with asinine behavior is certainly different than being rude or yelling. But I guess when you scrape the bottom of the barrel for staff this is what you have to do to save face.
It would be hilarious if it wasn’t so pathetic.

Always had a great experience with the dentists and hygienists. However, the front desk staff is impossible to deal with. Twice in the past, I have confirmed my appointment but went to the office only to be told my appointment was cancelled due to me not confirming. I had to literally show them the confirmation in my text messages after being told there was "no way my appointment was confirmed". Last week I was scheduling an emergency appointment due to tooth pain and was told "we don't take walk ins as you have done in the past. Our office does not work that way". I have never "walked in". I had two appointments that were erroneously cancelled. I have brought this to the attention of Dr Pirok but he defends their rudeness by saying that they deal with alot. It's unprofessional to allow this behavior to continue. Due to this I will not return to this practice.
