The office manager was extremely rude to me and unprofessional. All I did was come in for a routine cleaning, no problems. She came into the room yelling at me saying I need to call my previous dentist to get old X-ray pictures (for some reason she wasn’t capable of doing this herself) and said they are forcing me to pay for X-rays out of pocket, even though I have insurance and wasn’t due for X-rays since I had them 6 months ago. Big mistake coming here. Avoid!!

Was just there for a scheduled appointment, asked to fill out paperwork and told "won't clean your teeth without x-rays". I was there in February and Dana SPECIFICALLY SAID I can have my teeth cleaned as many times as I want as long as I get x-rays by September because every 18 months we want xrays. Today they said every YEAR. A waste of my time, gas and clearly unneeded paperwork. This is NOT a requirement of the ADA so this must be about commission. Subjecting a grown person to radiation every year for life is extremely unhealthy and unneccessary. PURE GREED

Dr. Sakon is very nice as is Beth the Hygienist and both are good at their professions. However the people at the front desk especially one in particular is incredibly rude and arrogant. They also do not offer payment plans.

I do not usually leave reviews but I hope I can help someone else. They give you a price breakdown but for some reason I paid almost 2 grand and used all my insurance in three months. I asked them about it when they called me for a payment and they said oh we don’t know the insurance didn’t cover it so you have to pay it. The girl on the phone even told me she had to collect the payment over the phone and that I could not pay it at my next appointment a couple days later because I wanted to call my insurance. It felt like they couldn’t explain but still wanted to take the money even though I questioned it. When I got my insurance bill it seems as if they are charging for the same tooth over and over. When I went to my last appt my teeth were still bothering me unable to chew and they told me two months prior that it would “go away with time” they had the nerve to tell me I had to pay $732 when I checked in and when I questioned it because I already paid $700 that week she said my insurance didn’t cover it. Even if my insurance doesn’t cover I feel like a finance person should call to let me know that there is a change to the price breakdown and explain what my next visit will be so I can be prepared to pay whatever to have my dental work completed and plan accordingly. I also am very upset with the work that was done my fillings are jagged and loose they filled in between my teeth to the point I can not floss properly and it lifted one of my fillings. Overall this was a negative experience for me I would highly recommend finding another dentist.

Poor office management with no regard to time. My appointment was scheduled four months ago for 830am. I confirmed my appt 5/21/2023 via text message. But when I got there, I was told after waiting for 45 minutes that my appt was 9. The office manager was not apologetic. “I’m not sure what happened, your appt has always been for 9am”. Even after showing her the text. What I believe is that my appt was bumped down by another patient being scheduled somewhere between Sunday and Thursday. Their website advertises 5 minute wait times. I did see the hygienist I was scheduled with come out and quietly say something about her first new patient to the front staff.. which leads me to believe there was a double booking and I was overlooked. Again, no regard for me or my appt. Update: I removed the screenshot of my confirmation text since the review won’t post publicly with it
