The Dentist and Staff here are top notch! Always friendly and create a calm and warm atmosphere. The Dental assistants are very skilled and knowledgeable. And the the actual dentist is phenomenal. Always make me feel comfortable and cared for. His work is beautiful and accommodating to my needs. Everything is thoroughly explained before starting any work—- this is from the front office to the back. The girls in the front office are very helpful with any scheduling or insurance questions. I had the best experience with the hygienist as well she was painless and informative on ways to improve my home care. I recommend 100%!

Coming from someone who has dental anxiety-- this is the place you want to be. Extremely accommodating to my needs and very flexible with scheduling. From the time you walk in, everyone is welcoming and helpful. I even had a hand paraffin!!! The doctor made me feel extremely comfortable and informed me of everything - the most comprehensive exam I have ever had from a dentist!!

The manager Sarah is very rude and lacks customer service. There was an issue on my account where multiple unknown patients were placed on my account with me. I still meed to confirm whether or not they billed my insurance for those unknown people’s services. She was very rude and condescending especially when this was an error on the office’s behalf. My Dentist is no longer with the practice therefore I have no interest in continuing to be seen there. I asked her to cancel my appointment and close my account and she hung right up without confirming. Customer service is extremely important to any business and Sarah unfortunately did not meet those expectations with this issue.

This is MY dentist office. Wonderful ppl & guess what? Your appt time is the time you are actually seen. I often don't wait sitting in a chair waiting to be seen. Love this place. Now I done blabbed about it, so everybody gonna come.

THE BEST I didn't read the reviews for this company so my review is strictly about FACTS. I highly recommend Direct Mobile Dental, and specifically Dr. Jeffrey Berger, Miss Nicole and Miss Amirah for future reference because their customer service, infinite subject matter knowledge and downright GREAT moral compass was on full display. Dr. Berger does not waste your time like so many dentist do with having to keep coming back. He gets in your mouth and does an excellent job. I have been treated for almost 1 1/2 years and in that time frame Dr. Berger has done more than any other dentist I ever went to in the same time span. Dr. Berger is professional, friendly, very funny and just a good person. His assistant Miss Amirah, is the same...professional, knowledgeable and she makes sure that I am always comfortable. Miss Nicole the office manager is the best! I had some administrative hiccups with my insurer and Miss Nicole behind the scenes rectified each problem while communicating with me after she fixed the problem. She always tells me, "I will take care of it and get it fixed." And she does. Thank you Dr. Berger, Miss Amirah and Miss Nicole for the superior customer service. Service with a Smile that is Worthwhile
