We’ve had issues with the front staff being unorganized and unknowledgeable. Today was the last straw with this practice. We had an appointment today. They called yesterday and left a message to confirm the appointment… because we didn’t call back to confirm, they cancelled the appointment. The woman who left the message never said it would be cancelled if we didn’t call back. I have 6 children and have never dealt with a practice so incompetent and rude. When we told them we didn’t cancel and expected to still be seen today, we were told they couldn’t verify insurance because it was a Saturday so they couldn’t see us even though we have the same insurance they verified in January for my sons cleaning. We will never be going back to this practice.

The reception for the time I was there for my 4:00 p .m. appointment was Not very Responsive nor care much that I was there waiting on her or need to speak to her for my check in. The Other members of staff were respectful, helpful and caring to me. Care begins at the Reception so anyone sits there needs to know that and practice a Welcome Smile firstly, then continue to process the Patients appointments and so on ....

I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a dentist. I found the front desk staff to be very friendly and understanding that I was terrified of the dentist, however I had a tooth that was killing me. They were very understanding and made sure my experience was better then past dental experiences. It wasn't just the front desk; it was the person who assisted the dentist and the dentist himself too. I ended up having to have a tooth extracted and the dentist made sure i was comfortable and didn't feel any pain. I definitely will be going back and I was visibly shaking my first appointment to now being fairly comfortable considering my past with the dentist. I definitely would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist. They are excellent!

If I could give yall negative stars I would. This is the worst dentist office I've ever been to. The front desk staff is terrible and nasty. They always have an attitude, their face is always screwed up nothing pleasant about them at all. They are unorganized and have no clue what they are doing. Don't even get me started on the dental assistants only one of them was nice and knew what she was doing. The dentists were really nice and helpful but they need to clean up shop and start over. I really wish I had read these comments before I went. Waste of time and waste of money.

I was seen quickly. The Dental Hygienist had a soothing knowledgeable voice. All staff treat me extremely well.
