UPDATE: Wish I could give zero starts. After my husband was literally turned away at his last appointment, he rescheduled against my advice. Guess what? They texted him a couple hours before his rescheduled appointment to cancel again. These people are horrible, unprofessional, liars! They should be ashamed of themselves for turning away patients like this.
Have been going to this practice for a while, but they unfortunately sold out to a corporate entity.
Today my husband had a cleaning appointment. He was turned away because the dentist and all but one hygienist walked out. That speaks volumes as to the unfortunate changes that corporate mentality encompasses.
Will be going to a new practice who still has an interest in running things on their own without the corporate money-grab mentality.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to and I always recommend them to family and friends. I look forward to seeing all the friendly faces whenever there is an appointment. Dr. Grise is a paragon of her profession and will always field any concerns and questions with honesty and comprehensive knowledge. The whole team is incredibly kind and awesome. 🙂

I have been going to this dentist establishment for over 10 years, starting when Dr. Chess was still there (RIP), and I have always felt welcome. Despite moving away, I remained loyal to the practice, making a 30-minute drive for each visit. After my appointments, I schedule the next ones for the next 6 months to ensure compliance with my oral care, which is important to me. My next appointment was initially set for October, but due to a shortage, I was told, it was rescheduled to November 1st, and then again to December 5th. I expressed my concern during the second rescheduling, as I would be in my 8th month of pregnancy and unable to reschedule again. Today, I received another call canceling my appointment. I am dissatisfied with this service because I expressed that I was pregnant, which means it's important for me to still be seen by my dentist, as pregnancy can have a negative effect on the mother's teeth. Yet, out of all the people they could cancel, they chose me for the fourth time. I must admit that I am African American, and while I don't usually consider race as a factor, it has crossed my mind. Needless to say, I will be switching dentistry. Hopefully, I can find something closer and in time before I give birth.

I have been a longtime client of Chess and Taub. When Dr. Taub retired, I met Dr. Wendy Song, who is fantastic! She has a gentle manner and is totally approachable. She spent a long time with me at my first appointment with her and is extremely gentle technique-wise. I felt totally at ease with her and I used to have quite a dental phobia. She is warm and has a great sense of humor too. Highly recommend her!!! She’s great!
