Everyone at Gentle Touch is so kind, warm, and great at their job. Cameron and the front office staff always go above and beyond to help with whatever is needed and their communication skills are extraordinary. Dr. Gollapalli is incredibly skilled and the extensive work she has done for me has been impeccable. I had put off getting the necessary help with my smile for many reasons so I’m not sure I can even put into words how much it has changed my day to day life to simply have the confidence to SMILE again. So for that alone I will happily recommend Gentle Touch to everyone.

Had an emergency appointment for my son. Turns out they don’t really treat young pediatrics. Then when I booked the appointment, the lady failed to provide me the correct address so in turn I was late to the appointment. Then, the insurance information I provided over the phone wasn’t even documented and I had to provide that again and to make matters worse, they advised they would call in an antibiotic prescription for my son who has an abscess. THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL IN THE PRESCRIPTION BEFORE THEY LEFT FOR THE DAY. Now my son doesn’t have antibiotics and I’ll have to take him to an urgent care instead. Terrible communication on all parties. Don’t recommend.

Holy smokes, going to the dentist doesn't have to suck! Dr. Gollapolli does in fact have the Gentle Touch and I'm not scared to go see her! The entire staff is also super sweet and helpful. So glad to find this gem.

I tend to get a ton of anxiety at the dentist office, but the staff here is so kind and put you right at ease.
Very professional and thorough, great staff and they have consistently done a great job of keeping my dental health on track.

The x-ray tech was super sweet, but other than that my experience here was very bad. The doctor was very rude and condescending. Did not explain anything about my x-rays or treatment. Felt rushed to sign paperwork at the end of the appointment. I ended up getting a second opinion, so I requested my x-rays be sent to the other dentist office 10 days before my next appointment. They never were. But thank goodness I got a second opinion because turns out I only need 1 filling… not 13 like this place told me. Don’t recommend.
