I had a wonderful experience here today, received the best cleaning I have had in years. The Dental Hygienst Nicole was wonderful. She is very thorough and gentle. She also explained everything she was doing before she did it, and checked to make sure I was comfortable throughout. Top tier service.

While Fusion has some great dental hygienist, Nicole by far is one of the best, if not the best! She is very professional, knowledgeable and a very personable person. She is going to make sure you are extra comfortable and she is going to have you laughing. Shout out to the team and a big shout out to Nicole! Her customer service is extremely exceptional! I had an amazing cleaning done by my dental hygienist, Nicole. She was gentle and quick about her work. There’s an inviting atmosphere to her, and I would love to have her again!

Pretty poor experience trying to schedule oral surgery. I told them how important it was for me to get this done before my husband's surgery in August, and they never got me on the schedule. Their scheduler ignored all of my numerous calls and requests for a call back. Dr. Tofigh was the surgeon, and I wasn't very comfortable after the consultation with him anyway. He has a total lack of tact and bedside manner, so I am glad I had to find another surgeon. I decided to go with someone else who had all 5 star reviews. After my meeting I understand why. It was like night and day. Fusion is fine for regular cleanings and most of the staff was very nice, but they really dropped the ball on the surgery side. I do NOT recommend if you need surgery.

I recently visited Fusion Dental in Waldorf for the first time on Wednesday for a routine exam. I hadn’t been in a long time and had a traumatizing experience when I was younger at a different place. Ms. Jessica W was the one taking care of me before the Dentist. She was very sweet and understanding of my past experience. She never made me feel bad or embarrassed and we even had funny conversations! She was so reassuring and lead me through the whole process. I can’t remember the Dentist’s name that I had but she was also nice and explained anything that I needed! I had to come back in for my first cleaning and came that following Friday. The lady’s at the front desk are helpful and also very sweet. I was having great conversations with them as well and ended up bringing them back some goodies. The Dentist I had that day to clean my teeth I think her name was Erin but I can’t remember. She was also sweet and we also had a good conversation before and during my cleaning. She was quick but didn’t rush and continued to be gentle.
