I came here for dental surgery because the dental surgeon wouldn’t be at the Foxchase location until August. The reception desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. They all greeted me with a smile (even one man who had just walked in greeted everyone waiting).
I only took one star off because two of the staff working with the surgeon NEVER greeted me. I was taken to the treatment room by the initial lady who went over discharge instructions. Then two ladies with their masks and gowns came in and never said hello nor introduced themselves to me which is apart of great patient care. The first lady (I don’t even know if she was a nurse or what) only said one thing to me: “what’s your weight and height?”. The other lady stood behind me silently until it was time to put a bite guard in my mouth. It would’ve been nice to know who was who in the room with the surgeon as they put me under general anesthesia.
The surgeon greeted me, and explained everything as he did it which I appreciated. The procedure was quick and I was out of the clinic 30 minutes after I remember looking at the time lol. I can’t remember the receptionist name who checked me in but she was amazing the two times i’ve met her (she was at my regular clinic and set me up for this appointment). Overall I would recommend this clinic and would switch to it if not for me wanting to remain with my dentist at the other location.

Friendly, Super accommodating, professional, and efficient! The entire staff from the reception desk to the periodontist and all other doctors are Completely amazing!
I highly recommend Dr. Naja and Dr. Al-Sabbagh, both took Excellent care of my mother thank you!

I had a root canal done here. I consider myself terrified of shots and anything to do with my teeth in general. However, The employees at Mount Vernon Modern Dentistry were so kind and caring and made me feel less anxious about the procedure. The doctor was super gentle with inserting the numbing shots and instead of saying "here comes some pain" he said "there's going to be pressure" and somehow I felt pressure instead of pain... He probably did super well in his psychology class. Anywho, great place, everyone has a smile on and even the people who had nothing to do with my procedure were nice. Would definitely recommend!

I loved my experience with Dr. Sara Najah and Rick! They are so helpful and friendly! The ones who helped with my temporary crowns and my cleaning were also very helpful and nice. Love the work! I would definitely recommend!!!! 😊

It was my first visit and probably my last. I was taken back for X-rays and I witnessed the assistant open a sterile package and plop it on to the counter she also put the clean sleeves that were to cover parts of the X-ray on the counter top. No counter liners or anything. She proceeded to try and put them in my mouth I kindly asked her if I could get a new liner because she put it on the counter and I was concerned of when that computer work station was last sanitized. She replied “Oh you are sensitive aren’t you?” I replied with no, I am concerned about the cleanliness of something being put in my mouth when it was placed in a high touch area. I also work in the healthcare field and it isn’t best practice to open clean supplies on a dirty surface. She just kept saying I was sensitive and she left the room I could hear her talking about me to another tech and asked someone to take over for her. I heard the other tech refuse but eventually gave in. The new tech came in with some paper towels and placed them underneath the tools being used on me. I don’t think this is a big request to ask and this particular tech tried to make me feel like I was over the top. She didn’t even try to reassure me that the counter was clean. It would make sense to me as a healthcare worker to use a counter liner or even if they opened the package all the way and used the inside as the liner. I was very disappointed in the level of care I received and am this assistant made be concerned about their standards of practice.
