This is not a negative review of their service. They lost a customer today simply because of their enforcement of their cancellation policy. I understand we all have busy lives and our time is valuable. They mention a 48 hour notice period that is very reasonable. That being said, the reason for my negative review is they tried to expand that rule because of a holiday week. I had an appointment on a Monday afternoon - I had sent them an email on a Wednesday evening the preceding week about needing to cancel. Almost a full 5 days before the appointment. Thursday was a holiday. Their policy does not say business days, it says 48 hours. If you are going to have that as the cutoff, you need to honor it, or change the rules.

I can not describe the kindness and professionalism of the staff. This is by far the best dentist office I have ever visited. The pricing is cheap I was expecting to pay more than I did. I waited 2 days before writing a review to verify work and I have no side effects no pain and it is clean work. Absolutely amazing place I recommend others to schedule a visit. You will not be disappointed.

I have been going to amazing smiles for almost a year I think, and my first couple trips were absolutely amazing, I’ve had a couple fillings done here and I think two cleanings and both times they did great, but my last two trips weren’t good at all. the second to last time I went into amazing smiles I did not have a good experience with my fillings. I went in to get two fillings done on the left side of my mouth and they only did one, I have never had a filling hurt before but this one hurt so bad. I even went back in and asked why we couldn’t do both since my mouth was still numb and they told me they didn’t have time today and I could come back so I just left. when it was time for my next appointment I just canceled it because I didn’t feel very comfortable with this dentist at all. but fast forward to last week I decided to give it another try and come back in to get my last three fillings since I’ve had one of these cavities for almost a year, I take full responsibility for coming in late to my appointment, they had a lane blocked on 229 and we couldn’t go anywhere for a while. but I get there and I don’t know the assistants name but she is amazing and I wish the best for her, she took me back to my room and I asked if we were still doing all 3 of my fillings today and she said yes and went ahead and put the numbing cream on both sides of my mouth and told me that the dentist would be in in a couple minutes to numb my mouth for the procedure. another lady comes in and has me sign and form to do the procedure today, which has never happened to me before for a filling but I signed it anyways. the dentist finally comes in and sits down and tells me that since I was late today we did not have time to do all three fillings, and that would’ve been fine with me but she wouldn’t explain to me which ones she was doing. I was trying to get her to explain to me what was going on but she was just rushing and wouldn’t really tell me which side we were doing and the whole thing just felt so rushed and rude that I just started crying. finally they told me that we just weren’t gonna do any of the fillings that day because I was “very anxious” and I needed to use the gas next time I come in. honestly it just feels like they don’t care about their patients anymore, it all feels very rushed and I just don’t feel comfortable with this practice anymore. I just wanted to share my experience, thank you to the nice lady’s at the front and the awesome assistants though!

I have a huge fear of dentist. Alaina at amazing smiles was by far the best tech I have ever had. She made me feel comfortable beyond comfortable. She addressed my concerns and needs with absolutely perfection. She is an amazing dental tech and because of her I will return to amazing smiles. I recommend them to everyone. Office staff is amazing. Receptionist is an absolute sweetheart. I forgot her name sorry. Dentist was amazing as well. She addressed my concerns and helped me. Thank you

I'm fairly new here and every time I've had to talk to them on the phone or office visits have been wonderful. The entire staff is very cheerful and respectful. They have worked together as a team to meet my specific needs which makes the experience that much better. The entire team is fantastic and deserves recognition. Thank you for everything.
