Quite easily the best dentist office in central Virginia! Dr. Friend was my first dentist when I moved here! Always so friendly as well as the staff! It’s truly amazing how they can take what could possibly be a painful situation and ease your mind! Forever grateful for this office!

Best dentist I’ve ever been to!! He is so nice and informative and friendly!!! The whole team work great together in a nice relaxing family environment!! I love going in to chat and get what I need done. I was always scared to go to the dentist but they are such a pleasure whenever I need something, even when I have an emergency they always make time and make sure you’re not in pain!

Dr. Friend is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He surpasses other dentists in three essential ways:
1. Efficient. He does quality work quickly and thoroughly.
2. Honesty. He tells you exactly what he’ll do, why he’s doing it, as he’s doing it, and his receptionist always makes certain to check with my insurance and advise me of any additional costs before hand. I’ve never received a surprise bill as I have with other dentists.
3. Kind. He genuinely cares, not only about the patients, but his hygienist, too.
Highly recommended. Now if I could find a general practitioner like Dr. Friend…

This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly, customer service phenomenal, and overall experience was exceptional A+. The Dentist actually care for the patient on a personal level.
