I was seen in January for an emergency crown detachment after being out of state for 4 years. The entire staff was welcoming and Dr. Brown was so engaging. His Assistant, Becky was totally wonderful and helpful over some extra assistance I needed from her. Thanks, Becky. Sorry this is so late in coming but I still remember you!

Professional at first but then became very petty after I was unable to make it to one visit. They refused to see me for a bad infection that was spreading in my gums because I couldn't make it to one visit even though I gave them plenty of notice. They do alright work but the customer service reps are petty and unflexible. They definitely will get mad and remove you from their office out of spite if something comes up and you're unable to make a visit.

A quick Google search for emergency dental sent me to BRSL…now I am three visits later and so glad to have found them! I have a fair amount of anxiety with dental visits and Dr. McConnel has done a wonderful job of putting me at ease. He’s very good at explaining what he’s doing and checking to make sure I’m doing okay along the way. Shout out to Toni (sp?) as well for her kindness! From check-in to checkout, everyone is welcoming and friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

In love with my new dentist office and Dr Brown after terrible experience at a frou frou dental “spa” in short pump. Entire team here is absolutely fantastic, gentle and kind.

Went for my first appointment in quite a while. Being new to Richmond, I’ve been having a hard time finding a new dentist. They were able to get me in on late notice. I had Madison as my hygienist, and she did an excellent job. She gave me recommendations on better ways to take care of my teeth, which I think will help a lot. I also saw Dr. Barta, who was very friendly and personable. Looking forward to coming back for my future dental care!
