Sat in the waiting room for over an hour to be told my cleaning wouldn't start for at least another half hour so I left.
Update - Dr. Jones was very apologetic about my bad experience and was very accommodating with rescheduling my apt. at a time that worked for me. My experiences since then have been about average.

I have been seeing Dr Jones now for almost 2 years now. Today I had to get a filing and it turned into much more than I thought. I am also terrified of needles.
He was so patient and understanding. He explained every step he was taking during filling and made the shot almost painless!!
I would refer him to anyone!! He has me as a patient for as long as I am in Richmond.

Great staff! Super understanding and was able to still take me in right away (although I was over 15 mins late lol). Dr. Jones was really informative and kind. Teeth cleaning was simple and effective
