Princess went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable with my cleaning! Dr.Flanagan was straight to the point about my dental needs and also an empathetic ear to my concerns.
Christina took great care of me at check-out and made sure I knew EXACTLY what I’d be paying for and what future services will look like. In an updated call about my insurance she made sure to cover all I needed to know.
This is a busy practice and it’s not a mystery why. Excited that my family gets to come here!

I was running late for my appointment due to unforseen difficulties. Princess was able to take me. She did a deep cleaning and was her usual friendly cheerful self. I was greeted with a pleasant hello and smile at the front desk.

The staff is EXCELLENT from the time you walk in the door until you leave. The send out multiple reminders and are willing to work around your schedule. Dr. Ricky and Ms. Jessica were so patient and informative and talked me through everything. They both made sure that anything that was done was in the best interest of me which is unheard in a lot of places. Top notch and would recommend to anyone.

I hate to leave this review but I have too. I have been a patient since I was a child. I had a small balance go to collections I called to paid it this morning. However they said that they have to get paid back first before they will schedule me. They said it could take two to three months !! That is an absolute joke and this place does not care about their patients. It's unfortunate because the dentist that I see here Dr Flanagan is amazing and very kind. Unfortunately he works for a corrupt office. Stay away from this place if you want to have quality care. I'm over here in so much pain and they won't see me even though I paid what I owed. I will be sure to spread the word. I am livid.
Update: I spoke with the office manager and she was very kind and reasonable. She said she would call the collection company to confirm I paid and get me scheduled. They are very lucky they have such a good manager. Glad I called to talk to her!

I can't brag enough about this dentistry... From the scheduling to the overall atmosphere they are the best hands down.... My son and I have had trouble finding a dental practice that would accept my insurance(delta dental).
I called and was able to be seen within the next week as a new patient.... Jessica and Dr.Sykes have made this experience so enjoyable... I love their friendliness and knowledge.
