After confirming they were “in network”, I made an appointment. A few weeks later I had to remind my former dentist to send our records. This prompted me to call Washington Heights Dental about an appointment (I forgot that I had made one) and Irene was very rude to me. I acknowledged my mistake and apologized. She was relentless and kept saying she didn’t know why we were having this conversation. I apologized again and ended the call. I found another dental office that is much kinder to their patients and canceled Washington Heights.

This office was recommended to me by friends. We had had two bad experiences in big corporate Dental offices. What a wonderful change of pace! Dr. Lee was so kind and understanding about our situation! Everyone in the office, especially Tammy, went out of their way to make us comfortable. This will definitely be my family's new dental home!

I have been with this practus since it was owned by the beloved doctor Jim's father and I was very pleased to find out That the doctor who bought it Brian Lee was a very skilled kind And thorough dentist I'm also pleased that it still feels like a family practice a place that you enjoy going to Because you're with friends

I just returned from my second visit to Washington Heights Family Dentistry, and I am most impressed!
The first time I was there, I had a broken tooth, and they fit me in the same day I called. Today I had the best cleaning experience ever. So happy to have found this practice!

They have taken such good care of us and my husbands family in the past when they were Myers. They are good people and have always helped us in emergency situations. They remember us (not just our names but our personal lives) when we come in. Dr Lee does excellent work!
