Horrible service! They never keep their appointments and have canceled last minute three times for a scheduled oral surgery to remove a wisdom tooth, for which they have already charged some of the fee. There is no sense of care for patients—the doctor doesn’t care at all. Other than the people at the front desk, no office manager or doctor is willing to speak with you after canceling your appointment three times. They can’t even give out the phone number of their office manager, who is only available at the office once a month; they consider it to be confidential information. Horrible place—won’t suggest it to anyone!!!!

Writing this review not as a patient but on behalf of my brother in law who I sat with while waiting for his procedure. We arrive at 5:50, his appointment was at 6:10. Upon entering the office, there’s four other people already sitting and waiting their turn. I overheard from the front desk receptionist that the doctor was not even in the office yet. He was late???????? We waited an hour and a half before they took him to the back for his appointment. He was supposed to get his wisdom teeth removed but somehow the office did not have enough staff to do the surgery?? We sat for two hours in total for nothing. How this place has more than 4 stars absolutely baffles me. Won’t be returning.

I am very nervous when it comes to my teeth. Here are Friendship Smiles Dr. Sherri Nawabi makes me feel so comfortable. She explains into great detail why needs to be done and what is recommended. I have been coming to here for over 15 years. When it come to appointments and billing. She has the best Office Assistants. Wendy and Gloria are experts at what they do also. Their customer service is absolutely the best. Once you visit, you will continue to come back.

Terrible. Everyone I go to this office there is a new trauma. Yesterday. They made me wait for two hours, and then asked me to schedule visit some other day, to get the implant done. Wasting full two hours! Can you imagine. I do not want to write about the failed implant they did the first time around. Now they have a new specialist, who cannot show up on time. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Checking other reviews! They’re very accurate this place treats Medicaid badly the receptionist are rude and insensitive and agin they did a procedure on me and then told me I’m responsible for paying and my insurance didn’t cover everything! Someone to look into the employees agin I’m not sure if they’re a little racist or what I just know they’ve made difficult for me
I’m asking for the owner to reach out to me with a call back number so I share my experience. I do feel every judge and like it’s a racism or SOMETHING is a wrong. The receptionist are very insensitive to me! It depends on how you’re looking. I was told after I been here and had procedures done that I would have to pay and my insurance didn’t cover everything. I thought it was the right for person to be told before anything gets done to a client It to made clear first before being inclined to make payments and wasn’t even aware! I have my appoint canceled twice with no call and after coming there. The last I was on time they had me wait then took someone else happened to white before me as soon as she came in. It’s very sad. The receptionist have made feel bad and made it hard me and told me Medicaid patients only have two to choose from to come in I work and four kids and they’ve just made it hard for me. I went to just pay for my veneers to get out on because agin I have had a good experience at all and been asking for the owners information to reach out to me since I been there
