I completed my review very early in my service, I initially gave them 5 stars in the beginning, as I went along in the service I found that this place put me and my children threw a lot. Two separate situations cash and insurance. It was not a good outcome for either.they took my son brackets off without consulting me. Due to “missed appointments” but it was Covid and they got backed up but blamed us. I had to find an another orthodontist to complete the service and at the end of my daughter’s contract they wanted to charge her the price again. So I don’t recommend them at all.

I love this office. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My son got his braces and had a great experience. Our mind was put at ease through this process.
