If you have good insurance and can afford to go anywhere else, do it. This is the only place that will accept our Peach State insurance for braces. No other place will use it. As a result, we are stuck. This particular office in Kennesaw is closing, and we are now having to continue care at another office that is twice the time to drive. We’ve had so many problems here that it would take a book to write them all down. Sometimes though, we get really incredible front desk ladies and awesome assistants doing the work. Other times, my kids get poked and they don’t understand the person working on them, and the feel like they are being yelled at and then they cry when they come out and feel like they did something wrong. I make it known, and now it has happened to a different child by a different assistant. Ugh! I just wish this whole experience could be finished and we could all be past this excruciating chapter in my kids’ lives.

The customer service here is wildly unhelpful,... even when your paying the dept for the"work" the work is not being done. They told me not to come in for 3 months but my payments had to contibue..then when Febuary finally came around Covid happend. they want the payments.. Fine I am working agian but if you will not give me quality work for what I am paying then it is just my fault??!!! For choosing to return to this company, before Crawford came in a few years back it was better.

Front desk could work on their customer service. They were rude to other patients and did not make us feel welcome.

I’m very pleased with the experience my son had at the dental office, because of Covid I wasn’t able to be inside with him but he told me everyone treated him kindly, and as soon as he walked out I had a call from the office about what he needs done.

The receptionists seem Hispanic now, she is very rude to my husband, I don't let him sit down, she could have said please can't sit down but with another attitude and I told her if she would give me the papers to complete and she told me until the appointment time is 10 minutes but he is very rude and she said that to me in front of my son 😠
