Always on time, great communication, friendly staff. My sons teeth are looking great. Will update review once we’ve finished the process.
Providing an update…we are not done yet but my experience has changed slightly. I don’t believe it’s the staff or ortho but rather the product. Our son has the aligners rather than traditional braces. It seems like the scans and treys often do not match up and we have to wait for new ones which delay the overall process. This past week (after waiting for new treys, yet again) they didn’t fit right and my son said they called the ortho over and he told him to bite on foam to “make them fit” 🥴 just seems they product they use isn’t a great quality and it’s been frustrating. I have not seen the ortho or had any update from him personally since our initial consultation which I feel is a little unprofessional as well.

We love coming to Carolina Family Orthodontics! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Russ always takes time to explain things throughly. Our kids always feel so comfortable and welcome here.

My daughter is currently in phase II of her treatment. When we started phase I she had major crowding, and couldn’t even bite into food with her front teeth. Dr. Marshall has done and amazing job, even her dentist talks about how great her teeth look. We cannot wait to see how beautiful her teeth look at the end of treatment.

They took wonderful care of my daughter when we needed braces. They worked with her schedule, we’re on top of making sure their rubber bands got replaced as needed. Reasonably priced and overall a great experience.
