I was really pleased with my experience at A2Z Smile and relieved to have finally found a dentist practice I like. I appreciate that they are tech-forward, with a portal for you to upload your initial paperwork and insurance which ultimately saves you a ton of time during your appointment. (My wait time was 5 minutes.) Staff was friendly and Dr Wong gave informative explanations to my questions.

All of the young ladies were so very nice. They also were patience with me because I had to get pictures from my old dentist. And the work with the time for me to come back to get my fillings. They also greeted me with beautiful smiles.

Very hard to contact office staff to schedule or incase you have an issue. I received an email stating I had to fill out paperwork and send in the X rays, referral and insurance information back to their email I did so. I sent it all a second time just incase. This was completed 3 days prior to our appointment. I get to the appointment without saying a word to me they bring my 16 year old daughter back and take a new panoramic x ray (without using a shield). When the assistant came in I asked why they took a new panoramic x ray, she stated she didn’t know I sent the x rays in. She also didn’t bother to say a word to me that she intended on taking my daughter back because I would have told her. Terrible as an assistant failure in the front desk and the assistant for not making sure they had the records THEY REQUESTED and didn’t do their job by following up out the information in the charts. I sat and waited over 20 minutes and still no doctor. So I decided to leave no one at the front desk so I walked out drove home which is a 14 minute drive was home for 10 minutes when I finally received a call from them. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I’m sure since they took the panoramic x ray they are going to try to charge me because insurance will not cover a second within 5 years. For an x ray they already had. Unprofessional and not person friendly.

Very clear communication and FAST/efficient. I had three fillings completed with numbing in under 30 minutes. Outside of the building looks a little rough but inside is clean and professional. Hygienists are very friendly.

A few months back, I had a disappointing experience during my visit. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, neglecting to greet with a smile, which can really impact one's mood. While I'm hesitant to give any stars, I must acknowledge Dr. Ho's exceptional service—he provided detailed explanations of treatments, even showing me X-rays, which was highly informative. However, the overall atmosphere was chilly, even towards the nurse who accompanied me to the front. It's safe to say, this was the worst service I've ever encountered.
