I am so thankful that I found this dentist practice! They are gentle and understanding of what could give you the best experience possible at the dentist. The office staff is helpful and the practice is very clean. They have been able to get me in for last-minute emergencies and keep me updated when it is time for a cleaning. I highly recommend them and look forward to using them for years to come!
I have some anxiety, like many others, when I comes to dental work. Bad experience years ago. Nonetheless, Crosswater has been absolutely awesome. Dr. Martinez and their staff are professional and accommodating. Very nurturing and no pain! Just had some gum therapy with Jen the hygienist! No problem! I am happy I found them and they have been great!

I just returned from receiving a temporary crown. This is not my first crown, but perhaps my best experience. Dr. Shupra explained everything very well. I particularly commend her dental assistant, Liz. She was knowledgeable, attentive to detail, gentle, and kind. They are a great team.
Avoid at all cost! Terrible scheduling and terrible treatment. I stuck with them through staffing challenges when they would have to reschedule my appointment. Now, they canceled my appointment because I didn’t confirm that I could be there. I made the appointment days before the scheduled visit. This was the last straw. Nothing but headaches with scheduling. My entire family left the practice after 4 agonizing years. Save yourself and go somewhere else.
